- Look in at least 2-3 different locations (examples: shaded area, sunny area, near wood, open grass)
- Observe carefully for any signs of fungi (mushrooms, mold, growth on wood)
What to record:
- Location
- Conditions (moist/dry, shaded/sunny, type of surface)
- Whether you found fungi or not
What to think about:
Where did you find the most fungal growth?
What patterns do you notice between environment and growth?
